Hey there, I’m Michelle.

Michelle Weaver

A woman with long brown hair wearing large tortoiseshell glasses, braces, and a pink jacket, smiling in front of a mountain landscape with trees and mountains in the background.

I’m an adventurer, a long-distance hiker, an avid reader, an artist, and a Mama to a mini adventurer. Being outside keeps me smiling and sane whether I’m summitting mountaintops, skiing fresh snow, stargazing from my tent, or reading on my deck.

Integrating nature into my wellness practice is a natural extension of how I live my life. Big decision to make? Take a hike. Broken heart? Stand in the rain. Need to have a tough conversation? Sit by a lake. As said by my favorite conservationist, John Muir, “Thousands of tired, nerve-shaken, over-civilized people are beginning to find out that going to the mountains is going home; that wildness is a necessity.”

I value clarity, organization, integrity, and authenticity. It’s my belief that clarity about oneself, clarity of future direction, and clarity of space are three keys to contentment and that time in nature supports each of these objectives. Through therapy, life- coaching, and organizational coaching I strive to help my clients achieve Wild Clarity.

I might be your ideal therapist.

I might not.

And that’s OK.

Have you ever tried on a pair of running shoes that other people rave about and not liked them? Me too. Just like sneakers, not every therapist will be a fit for you. Schedule a free consultation so we can make that determination.
