Life Coaching

Life coaching is a collaborative, future‑focused process that helps people clarify what they want, understand what’s getting in the way, and take meaningful steps toward change. It’s about building direction, confidence, and momentum. In coaching, I help clients explore identity, values, goals, and the practical skills needed to move forward—whether that’s navigating a transition, strengthening executive functioning, or simply feeling more aligned with the life they’re creating.

The nature‑inspired element adds a grounding layer to this work. I use nature as a lens for reflection—its rhythms, metaphors, and sense of spaciousness often help clients slow down, gain perspective, and reconnect with themselves. It’s not about being outdoors; it’s about drawing on the steadiness and clarity that the natural world models. This approach helps clients feel more rooted, more intentional, and more connected to their own internal compass as they move toward their goals.
